The hype is real.

The color scheme of that Nigersaurus is honestly a piece of art on it's own :P It's fabulous. And of course the new grazing and herding behaviours just add that perfect little extra to an already great animal.

This is a project I remember from very long ago, so it's amazing to see it's still alive with such a great team of designers! I simply love all of the animals shown so far, but I'm especially happy about Mawsonia. It's good to see that more animals are made for this project than just dinosaurs.

Well time for another reveal guys! one of the Apex predators of South America, this creature was well known for hunting titanosaurs back in the day. We present to you one of the largest theropods to have ever lived!

That is a stunning Giganotosaurus. It honestly looks like it's not even for ZT2 it's so realistic.

Awesome Giganotosaurus! Reminds me of the one from Capcom's Dino Crisis video games. BTW, what happened to the Carcharodontosaurus? I send a PM asking the same question but nobody answered it. :(

It's great to see you guys still working on CC, and I love how your stunning models and skins are complemented with advanced coding and AI. Makes playing with your stuff much more entertaining and dynamic.

Fabulous Giganotosaurus by the way!

Looks a lot like the old skin, except some darker contrast here and there. Noice.

Feel free to ask here or drop me a PM about the Carchar. Can't really say what, if anything's "happened" to it without some point of reference.

But yeh, the reason why it's a bonus download and not part of any pack as such was because it kinda ended up being a spur of the moment project a while back. Heavily derived from the Giganotosaurus, which we've endearingly named Dave, after Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters.

I swear to god, His Grohliness and co. kept me sane with their music when skinning that thing. How long did I say Giga's skin took again? It was like 7 hours a day, every day for 3 weeks or something. Painting in each individual scale's colour.

Then something like that again for Carchar's skin, which Zooa named Geoff.

You will find that many of our animals will have extremely mundane people names. But who knows, maybe some won't.

Also, we got big plans ahead of us right now, and most of our progress has been behind the scenes with coding and animating things. But we'll soon have a few things up and running to show off.

Also, I hate meshing and skinning trees. I really do.

I just have (little to) no words. This is very ambitious and I have no doubts things are going well, and revolutionary new things are in the future of ZT2 modding. Also.. it seems as though you all are dropping hints of more than just animals. From what the Holiday Pack holds and everything considered, I will definitely welcome any and all additions to this pack!

The animals are much needed and the objects, foliage, everything will breathe new life into this community like never before. I sincerely have to thank you all for making such an amazing comeback.

So then the packs won't be consistent of animals from one specific continent? That actually makes it all the more amazing! The nigersaurus is looking better then ever and the giganotosaurus skin looks very well don

Forgot to ask and I've been wondering will there be Male and Female skins as well as Baby and/or juvie/Sub adult models?

Yeah, though it depends on time and how we want to interpret the species in question. For example, our Giga males are that shade of orange, females are brownish gray, and the babies are quite striking, in the same way monitor lizards are born really vividly patterned, but get duller as they age.

In contrast, I think we're going for less dimorphism in Carcharodontosaurus.
