Heyuannia eggs had a blue tint to them...given the dinosaur ancestry to birds I'm surprised this hasn't been found nor discussed sooner.

Actually a pre-print was published a few months ago and discussed in several sites.

But yeah it is an interesting if not too surprissing development.
