It was discovered a while ago, just barley got described, was actually thinking of making it for zt2 earlier last year along with other St Bathens fauna |

We all know that "giant" is used in a relative manner. A (comparatively) large burrowing bat is a pretty neat find. Just another reminder of how diverse the wildlife of New Zealand was, is, and could be. |

Not really, it's only a little bigger than the New Zealand lesser short-tailed bat, and is nowhere near the size of the New Zealand greater short-tailed bat. Edited by Flish, Jan 10 2018, 07:43 PM.
