Exported BFB to NIF can't pose it in NIFSkope

Every time I import a BF File into blender I can pose it in there

But when I convert it from BF to nifskope, it reverts to its static pose and I can't pose anything, It's like the axes/rigging aren't there.

It's happened with the ground sloth, Saurolophus and T.Rex

That's because you can't pose or edit models in NifSkope. It's primarily (exclusively?) for viewing models.

What ?

You can :P Posing is easy, editing is possible too but painstakingly hard.

As Iben said, posing things in Nifskope is a very easy thing, I even think most of the statues (or at least a good chunk of them) were posed in Nifskope.

Editing is possible but very limited, most of the time the edits are very minor: you can make ears or tails larger for ex. but the result can be quite buggy ingame.
