It really seems like homeschooling is quite common in the US? I've seen multiple people online, mainly from the USA. It's not an option here. How do you organize it with teaching? Zoz's mother teaches her (IIRC), but I could imagine not everyone being qualified to teach?
Well I was home-schooled until Year 4 by my mum. She is qualified to teach so it's a bit different but I know tons of families who are home-schooled here - mainly from church but a few that moved from home-schooling to school (like me) and one family from cricket :)

When I did it, it was basically the same as school but you're at home - so no class, just you and your siblings. That also meant I was the only one at my level.
Congrats on making Honor Rolls Danny. I think you are a shoe in for Valedictorian.

It depends for me. It's harder to make friends (hence my presence here), but besides that I like it pretty well. I can make my own study schedule and choose to take a day off if I'm ahead in work.

Day off? I went the other way. I chose to work most holidays and weekends and then I had short days.

I'm not homeschooled so much as I attend an online public school. I'm graded by certified teachers and have lessons and assignments to go through each day, it's simply all done on my own, and at my own pace. I'm at school right now, actually, just about to finish up. Three to four hours of work and I'm usually done for the day, which is nice.

The online school is also completely free and paid for by the state, which is a plus. But it is just as much a school as a brick-and-mortar building, and a diploma from here is completely equivalent to that from another school.

There is of course the lack of socialization and interaction with people my own age, but honestly I never knew anyone in the public schools here either so I'm not missing out on anything. I'd much rather have my great online friends than the jerks I could have had as friends here.

Well feel free to hit me up anytime I'm on KM. Most of my friends are busy and or left also so I miss getting steady chats. That goes for anyone else also who is bored or just has a question.

Working on one of the first full zoos I've made in years. I may show it, though I'm somewhat reluctant because my zoo building skills have never been that good compared to most of you xD

One problem I'm having is that Sophie's fences don't line up with her elevated paths correctly... anyone know if this is caused by a certain download?

Try redownloading them. I know some of them had that problem.
