This topic really needs more activity. Does anyone wanna hang out with me? c:

I just sat down after making French toast with syrup to my boyfriend. Lucky guy ;)
I guess it's my way of saying thanks for all the hard work he does every day. He works at the police station and basically fights criminals all day long. Hearing the stories he tells me after each day, I don't understand how he, or anyone for that matter, chooses to be in that work field. But he seems to enjoy it :)

Mammalogy sounds really interesting. That's the kind of stuff I always wanted to study but never got to xD

Earlier this year, I studied graphic design. However, I had to take a small break. I guess you can say my current job is being pregnant xD and at least a year forward, I'll be a stay at home mom (I don't know how excited I am about it actually, I really really miss studying)..

I don't have a steady job really, but today I'm getting paid to teach a math class. The students are only a year younger than me, so no pressure! It's Algebra 2 though, which was my favorite math. :)

Well, if we're talking about school and stuff, I want to go into engineering at Dalhousie :)

EDIT: And possibly get a job as a designer for Tesla Motors :D

I'm still not 100% sure on what job I want. I do want one with animals, although I do like engineering and robotics.

So class went super well! The students even seemed bummed that I won't be back for a while. :) That really made my day.

As for studies, I was originally planning to study architecture, but now I'm not really sure just what I want to do, so for now I work when I can to save up for whatever I do end up doing. And I do anything from bass gigs, to nannying, to teaching Algebra. xD My only real goal is to move out of my house, so anything helps!

I'm currently still in high school but I'm doing personal studies in Vertabrate Paleontology mostly with ancient synapsids (pelycasaurs and the like).

Generally I'm in a real bad emotinonal spot right now, not many people like dinosaurs anymore leaving me having to lie to myself in order to get any friends. At least I can still have an intelligent conversation with you guys and gals.

Try finding people who know absolutely nothing about the subject but would want to know more.

A piece of toast and a terminator.

I know that feel. Being smart means people make assumptions that I just study and read and do homework in my free time.

Having an extensive vocabulary is AWESOME though.

I finished high school forever now. My final exam was on Friday and my Valedictory was a couple nights ago. :) Next year, I'm hoping to get into Bachelor of Science at Monash Uni so that I can study Zoology.

Does anyone else who has an interest in working with animals ALWAYS get asked if they want to become a vet or study veterinary sciences? My sister and I both wish to work with animals but everyone seems to assume that means we want to be vets. :'D

Apparently I have like this "aura" to me that says "this kid wants to work with animals." Just from saying a few words to people they ask me stuff like that. Hopefully this will work when I try to get a job at a dog groomers tomorrow.

I started my second year of a bachelor in Applied Linguistics. Not really what I expected it to be, and I'll probably switch to Political & Social Sciences next year/semester. Or something else, I don't really know yet.
