You know who gets a lot of hate? Nine. Cause 7 hates 9. However in a contest 9 points always beats 7. So remember Sheather you are a 9. You will win almost everytime. |

OH MY GOSH I JUST HAD THE BEST DAY IMAGINABLE Immediately after breakfast I went to the school for the weekend's Youth Rally. A pastor from California had come and gave a sermon after some music, then we did some breakout sessions (talked about sex ed, which was not the most epic part of the day.) After that was lunch, which was haystacks, and then we piled on the schoolbus to the City Park, where two of my friends (including the girl I have a crush on) were baptized. Lots of cheering and congratulations and stuff. Then they split us up into groups for a public outreach, and I went with the two girls who got baptized (still dripping wet, although they had stopped shivering) to hand out books and talk to homeless people. We had a couple of weird experiences; We witnessed a drug deal when we gave a book to a woman stoned on heroin and we talked for ten minutes with a group of homeless people about hamburgers and the church. Afterward we went back to the school and had vegetarian hamburgers for dinner, then another church service with lots of music. After it had ended and we had cleaned up, we played some volleyball until my dad came to get me. But yeah. Everyone was happy, we had so much fun, and I spent a great day serving the Lord. Hallelujah. Amen. *flops from exhaustion* |

About as far from you as I could be in the state, I'm afraid. 15 miles from the lake, 20 miles from Chicago. Far Northwest Indiana. |

Got up at five hoping I could get some slow exposure shots of the river, but the sun rose too fast. I'll have to try again tomorrow.

I don't think so, just googled it and it looks very pretty though! I may try and go there sometime. Guess what I found at the river? An emaciated kitten. All the other people there were ignoring it and I couldn't stand leaving it there to die, so I took it. She (I think it's a she) seems relatively healthy aside from being starved and is very friendly; obviously used to humans. I'm not sure if we're gonna keep her or not but we're taking her to the vet tomorrow. |

Aw, Mysty is a hero! I hope that it's the only thing wrong with the kitten and you can keep him (if that's what you want). I always wanted to do a rescue story like that but I live in a pretty urban neighborhood and all of the stray cats (at least, I think they're strays) are well taken care of. Which makes me believe the cats around the neighborhood are just roaming cats that belong to someone. |

My sister rescued our now dead cat. He was a pain though. He ended up getting sick and costing us 1500 in vet bills and died anyway. I rescued a family of cats. A mom and her 3 kittens. The mom was afraid of humans however I snuck up on her and petted her. The next time I saw her she was purring and rubbing against my legs. A week later she brought over 3 kittens. One was black, one was striped, and I forget the other one. We took them to a shelter. We'd have kept them but they refused to use the litter box. I hope that the mom, boots, and her kittens found nice homes. I am sure boots and Stripes would make great cats. They were really sweet and playful. |

I don't know about a hero, it's hard to resist rescuing a cute kitty. My mom was reluctant at first but after she saw it she fell in love and wants to keep her, so who knows. We're calling her River, after the Firefly character, and because, y'know, she was found by a river.

I would love to do a Cooperation Zoo if it weren't for the fact that I get bored within like five minutes of playing and wasn't so below everyone else in skill level. I also lack the ability to make tanks and use marine mania biomes until my main desktop is fixed. D: |
