I made a fact sheet for the giraffe exhibits: http://w11.zetaboards.com/The_Round_Table/topic/9063233/1/#new

It says something about the indoor houses.

Quote:

Giraffe houses can be open plan or a series of stalls or a combination of boths. The size depends on the number and herd dynamics of the giraffe group being housed. Breeding groups requere a separate area either to separate the bull or to separate a cow and a new calf. Bedding, such as sawdust, straw or mulch to sleep on should be provided in the house. The height of giraffe house and particularly the doors is important, the giraffe should be able to easily move in and out without ducking its head.

there should be many rocks to make the environment RL like, but not too many and not too small, or the animal won't be able to move. fallen logs may also help.
but i don't think it requires both outdoor and indoor exhibit, only one of them is enough.

Thanks. I wanted to make normal size indoor exhibit and small outdoor like I did with Saltwater Crocs in my S&T, but here it will be way smaller.

Mongooses? Or maybe a medium-sized bird, like a black bustard? Impalas and Thommies are okay too.

Some small species of African bird is what I'd normally use.

warthogs do fine with everything, from ostriches to kudus, from zebras to Rhinos.

and let's not forget about meerkats ;)

ground-nesting birds however may have their eggs eaten.

I made this thing in my zoo. It is basically and indoor lagoon. It has a lagoon area and another area which can only be access by the smaller animals. There is a dwarf croc in there. the rest of the animals are all really small frogs, fish, birds plus some ducks and geese. Are there any other animals I can put in there?

Some lizards maybe, or other reptiles. It sounds like you already have a lot of animals in there.
