The foliage choice is spot on Tyler, though I'm not a massive fan of the red roof, I think it's a little distracting, maybe a roof with a more neutral or darker colour?

Agreed. If you're attached to the roof pattern, maybe open the .dds and tone it down with some of the color/saturation editors.

On a completely unrelated note, I was getting really distressed by the build up of lag for the first part of the nasibu bharavase park... So much dense jungle foliage on one map was making it impossible to progress beyond a few tiny additions here and there (before frustration took over and I'd give up).

Took all my custom content out to do some testing for a friend on a project they're working on (to make sure nothing conflicted) and then did a massive clean-up of my game files, removed old downloads that I don't use anymore, etc... then booted the game back up and just.... played. Worked on a simple layout, with simple exhibits and clear limits on what can be displayed and what can't (i.e. tons of animals that have not been made yet and probably never will).

Forgot how relaxing zoo building can be when I'm only doing it for me, and not worrying about what others will say when I post an update to an overly-complicated project xD

Hi :) Is possible a combo with Water Buffalo, Greater Adjutant and a kind of small Indian antelope? With adjutant having another exhibit to when it wants privacy, a exhibit where only he can enter?

I'm planning an exhibit for Eryel's Elasmotherium, and I wanted to ask you guys how it should look. I'm thinking something reminiscent of a rhino enclosure, but more spacious to allow keeping several of the animals, and maybe with a bit more ground foliage. What do you guys think?

I will actually make something similar to what you should do for a musk ox. A large paddock, with dirt and snow, patches of grasses, a water stream, some variation on the ground level and boreal trees... and a big large shelter of course xD

I was actually considering something like that myself. Could you possibly provide me some pics for reference? :P

Guya, any ideas for a holding house for red kangaroos? I don't mean shade shelters, i mean like indoor houses to keep them at night. I have no clue how it should be xD

I actually saw a red kangaroo enclosure today. As far as I could see, other than the shade structure they didn't really have a real "house". I think something like a simple barn or stable like shelter would be fine.

You could just use the BF shelters. Could save some time, and they're not actually too unrealistic for kangaroos.

I don't want to just place shade shelters... they already have those in the enclosure. I want to build a holding house for them.

What are you talking about Robbie? :P

And i'm not talking about shelters... i'm talking about an indoor house for kangaroos for when is bad wheather or they should be kept during the night, or isolation. Stuff like that. Like a indoor house complex xD

they already have shade shelters and a large paddock.
