I think for an indoor shelter you wanna just keep it relatively simple. Do you have a particular theme going through your zoo e.g. similar colour buildings? |

Yes, is all red plaster walls, with Yur australian banners and Sophie's light wooden building decoration pack. I just don't know how to do the interior. I have 6 F and 6 M, and they are going to have offspring at some point, so i expect to have a large group of kangaroos at some point. I need to build a large stable for them. I did the small indoor houses for the wallabies but the same concept doesn't feel right for the kangaroos. |

I could use a little inspiration for a zoo I'm working on at the moment. My first two exhibits are going to be small and indoors, one for meerkats and the other for an unknown species: This is the meerkat enclosure, what do you guys think?: ![]() This is for the unknown species, it's slightly smaller than the meerkat enclosure but not by much, I'm planning on making either for a single caracal or a pair of sand cats but I need some good foliage, mainly branches of some sort that they can climb on or something: ![]() -Sorry for the gigantic image sizes, forgot to edit them

@ZC: Are the visitors going to see the indoors? If so, you could make something similar to the outdoor enclosure, with plants etc. on the sides and separate enclosures hidden away behind the foliage Like this:![]() (This is obviously only quickly built) |

Touch pool for rays don't require much even an empty sand floor is enough. You could add a few rocks for scenery but make sure the animals have the space to move (ingame too) and there's no risk of getting injuried. |

Thank you Stephen. I still haven't decided if guests are going to be able to see the indoor house of the kangaroos. I don't think they should. The exhibit is part of a Australian Bushwalk kind of thing so i want it to be the most natural looking as posible, but your idea is cool. I'll try something similar and see how it turns out. |

I doubt Quetz can be kept in a nice exhibit, but if you really want to try, pheraps Sophie's placeable aviary components will help you. I'd make the environment open except for very few trees to provide shade and pheraps a tall rock to lay on. |

I just made my pygmy hippo enclosure, but it turned out alot bigger than I planned, so I'd like to house another animal specie in the same enclosure. But I have no idea what animals go well with pygmy hippos.. Any ideas?

I'd say some birds, pheraps Nile or African Pigmy geese and Sacred Ibis could work ? |
