I'd go for a more scrub-desert look for the zoo, with a few temperate areas mixed in. |

Is the kind of look that i'm using for the zoo in general, kind of scrub like but with a bit more of green ![]() Thanks for the tips izzibob, i'll try those combinations for the temperate forest exhibits. |

Thank you all for your suggestions! Ive decided to go with an Australian-themed zoo settled in Canada, more or less based on the Toronto zoo's Australasian section. Outdoor exhibits will not be much of a problem, but indoor walkthrough exhibit will be based on your suggestions folks, so HUGE thank you!

A lot of Washington is a temperate rain forest, so I'd recomend using the foliage from CC's Christmas bonus, lots of ferns, and any type of redwood or sequoia trees you can get your hands on. Vines might not look too bad and you can't go wrong with moss, especially if you can find moss covered logs. I think there's a Jimmy Hoopz jungle grass download out there, so that would also be a nice thing to have.

Paradys Safari Park (Paradys mean paradise in Afrikaan) I think that sounds quite cool, or otherwise just think of a word you like and use google translator to change it into an African word. |

I have found the perfect name for it! (Well, I think it's a good name!) Tahanan (Tahanan mean "home" in the Filipino language) |

You can keep striped hyenas. They are mostly nocturnals. Maybe also honey badgers. Actually a lot of african animals are nocturnal as well as diurnal
