I would go for an outdoor aviary with a closed roof, lots of trees (some with leaves, other just huge branches) and/or a lot of ropes and poles for the sifakas. A smaller indoor exhibit when it rains.

I would go with separate enclosures for the male and female (bigger for the female since she will be breed - maybe). Outdoor, rocks, logs, branches and platforms to climb on, aviary style with closed roof or high walls without trees near fo them (however small trees in the middle of the enclosure would look nice ).

I'm starting to plan a new large zoo that I want to work on, but I need some advice: I really want to have my zoo themed around different habitats (I was thinking polar, mountains, forest, jungle, wetlands, grasslands, desert and possibly farm). Is it better to make my zoo this way or have it divided into geographic regions since that is the way most zoos are organized? Also, while I'm planning out my zoo, I'm trying to think of where to put visitor amenities. If I'm using a large map, how many eating areas should I have? I'm trying to make my zoo as realistic as possible and I know that most zoos have multiple places to buy food. Thanks in advance!

Lots of this is based around your opinion, but... 1. I think geographic would be better personally (except for farm), because that's how most Zoos are laid out nowadays and it will (Hopefully) make people less clueless when it comes to animal ranges. 2. It should be based around how big and famous your Zoo is going to be. |

Thanks for the suggestions. I like your reasoning for making my zoo geographically themed so I think I will go with that. The only reason why I mentioned farm is because I have a lot of domestic animal downloads that I've never used and if there is extra space, I would like to put them in. Also most zoos have some kind of children's area with animals like cows, goats and pigs. I would like my zoo to be pretty big and include most of the popular zoo animals, so I guess it would be pretty famous. I know I will for sure have one restaurant at the entrance, but I don't know how many more I would need to be realistic. |

Im currently in process of making a Safari Park in South Africa. And I didn't like the foliage I used so how's this for a new foliage combo? ![]() Excuse the bareness of the background please.

I like the combo, but people forget that in a good amount of South Africa, it is tons of thorny bushes and short trees, aloe Vera, and a lot of palms.

There is a bush like those in one of the WOI packs, comes in large and small size. I used that one a lot for my SA S&T back in the days of NS. |

I know but at least it's covered in thorns. There's also a few Euphorbias, they are found in Southern Africa as well, in Zoo Hispania. By the way the Rainbush is in one of the WOI packs. |
