. Sorry that it took zoo long for people to respond. What I would do is just Google "Zoo Entrances" and get inspiration from there. |

I decided to make something small so I made this building complex. Here is the overview.![]() (Yes I am aware this is on the same map as the Dolphin exhibit.) I was thinking of having Binturongs in the middle exhibit and Common Brush Tailed Possums, Koalas, Conquerel's Sifakas, and Tree Kangaroos in the outer exhibits but I'm not sure if these exhibits are big enough. I was also thinking that the animals in the outer exhibits rotate around the building to the next exhibit. Would that be okay? |

The sizes are fine, but you should have two different rotation tunnels for every exhibit except for the middle of course. |

Lots of trees to climb, a few rocks, and if you want a water feature. |

Foliage combo for the next zoo I'm planning. Pine tree, cypress and oak will be the main foliage, the rest is mainly to be used scattered through the zoo as decorations. Opinions ? ![]() Also, what kind of birds of prey can be placed in a walkthrough aviary ? I know of vultures, and I've been in an eurasian eagle owl walkthrough, what other species could be used ? (preferably from europe). Finally, are eurasian wild cats common in captivity ? |

The last one on the right, with grey trunk and light green leaves ? Should be a weeping willow. |

As for foliage, the same combo I used before is based on the area I live, which is pretty much mediterranean. Might change a few species if you get closer to the sea tho. |

Hi everyone. I have a few questions: 1) I want to create a zoo that's in a semi-tropical climate with mild temperatures throughout the year (but not too extreme) to exhibit lots of animals. Any biome, foliage and location ideas? 2) I have no ideas as to what animals should be near the entrance to my zoo. I want them to be smaller attractions like flamingoes and cranes. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

Near the entrance you want something that will real in younger guests to get them eager to come into the zoo. Interactive centers are great like animal feeding or inside the exhibit viewing like with prairie dogs at some zoos. You also want something that looks cute so you can real in young and female viewers. Another way to approach it is to use a cute popular animal like tigers or meerkats. |
