Monserrat Oriole.
Blue-crowned Laughingtrush (temperate to subtropical, but often exhibited in tropical setting).
Nicobar Pigeon (too big?).
Green Jay.
Silktail, Lawes's Parotia and Ribbon-tailed Astrapia (not very realistic in most zoos, but still).

I was actually asking for species we had in game, I don't feel like making even more birds for a while now, but thank you.
We do have all those ingame.

For most passerines : http://zt2downloadlibrary.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Passerines?display=exhibition&sort=mostvisited

Nicobar Pigeon : http://zt2downloadlibrary.wikia.com/wiki/Nicobar_Pigeon_(Deinonychus_110,_Eryel_%26_samuel)

Blue-crowned Laughingtrush : was posted here, just cant find it ATM. Made by Robbie, PM me if you cant find it.

What decent smaller-ish birds do we have for a (smaller) tropical hall? I currently have these species:

Common emerald dove
Sunda hooded pitta
Cinnamon ground-dove
Harlequin quail
Common hill myna
Asian fairy-bluebird

With separate exhibits for:
Black-and-rufous sengi
Ring-tailed vontsira
Western dwarf crocodile
The crowned pigeon is an nice bird for free roaming in an tropen hall.

I'm working on an tropenhall aswell for my latest zoo. :P

Any good ideas for an Aardwolf enclosure?
I'm looking to build something more interesting than the normal canine exhibit.

I would make something similar to a hyena enclosure. This could be as simple or complex as you wish, I would make an indoor and outdoor exhibit connected by a burrow like thing. This may be hard to physically accomplish but I think that you could create an illusion for a burrow. For the exterior exhibit I would make it smaller than the average canine exhibit and similar to a large civet exhibit minus the climbing structures. I think that putting dry grass around it and a few termite mounds would really top it off.

Difficult to say, is it located in a themed section of your zoo? Like an ecoregion, continent or small mammals or reptiles or birds section?

Stuck on Earth

If you add a moat you could probably house some monkeys in there.

How much would you say a square in zt2 makes in actual unit of land area? What would be the real size of a small, medium and large maps, more or less?

I want to say about a square metre per ingame grid square.

I don't think so, I think the grid unit was something like 1,75 m but I'm not sure.
