What would be the best way to go about faking one of those glass dome-viewingpoints you often see in Meerkat exhibits?
And if anyone could give me detailed tips and requirements for exhibits for Meerkats, Banded and Yellow Mongooses, that'd be absolutely amazing! Be it over here or in a PM, although I think more people would be able to benefit from it.

I have read the encyclopedia entries provided on this site, and looked around the internet at a whole lot of real life exhibits, but I might be overlooking some things.

Are there any key differences in exhibits for the three mongooses? Are there any problems if I put them close together (but not together in the same exhibit) sound wise or territory/smell wise? Do the other two mongoose need a grass-covered exhibit as opposed to the meerkats? Thanks in advance!

Don't think we can have those domes ingame, all the glass domes we have are roof structures and therefore way too big to be used for that.

I've seen Banded and Dwarf mongoose housed next to each other, so I don't think that would be a problem.
Grass, you could put it but since they are burrowing animals it would likely get destroyed soon. I've always seen them with sand or other substrates they can dig in.

Perhaps you could take a small dome and put it on the ground. You would just have to edit the textures and height but that's pretty easy.

hey guys i'm new here so i'm gonna post my zoo here soon maybe a few months from now so i wanted to give thanks and credit to iker_olmedo, Anolis and sophie for the ideas because my exhibits are very similar to theirs and my entrance which is corrupted by the way is just likes sophie's tornga building set entrance so hopefully they're ok with that.

What is the largest amount of Mongoose one could have in an exhibit? Meerkats, Banded and Yellow Mongoose specifically. Is a group of like 50 individuals doable? Would they group into two different packs? Would that cause problems? What kind of space should they be given to prevent any problems? Would a larger group show guests more natural behaviour than a smaller group would? Is there any (non violent) interaction between two mongoose groups? I've got no idea about these things but I'd like to learn about it, so if anyone could help me that'd be amazing.

50 is just about doable with meerkat. 40 for banded and yellow mongooses

Hi manape, I know you're new here, but not all zoos can have orangutans, they are very smart and are escape artists!

Hi everyone, does anyone know what’s a good number of chimpanzees for on a medium sized island?

Somewhere in the range of 4-10 is the group size for all the chimpanzees I've seen in captivity.
