My next speedbuild project is going to be a Great Apes house consisting of Western Lowland Gorillas, Chimps, and Orangutans. What would be a good number for each species?

A good number could be a group of 1 male and 3/4 female Western Lowland Gorillas, a breeding pair of Orangutans and 6 or 7 chimpanzees, with more females than males if possible.

If you weren't planning on breeding all three species, many zoos and parks often have other groups too. Such as juvenile, bachelor or even 'retired' old groups of animals

Yes, in my local zoo is a group of elderly chimpanzees. They are 6 and born in 1961(!), 1977, 1983, 1986, 1988 and 1990.

I'm building a cat section in my park. 1 or maybe 2 indoor exhibits will be viewable. I just want to see what people think should be accessible to the public. The current species are lions, tigers, snow leopard and golden cat.

Depends on what you want. Blijdorp has quite a nice indoor exhibit for their Lions, but some smaller ones for their Tigers. What I think would be nice is some larger indoor exhibit for Snow Leopards or Golden Cats. Try to make it look natural in stead of those concrete indoor exhibits.

Glimps of Lion indoor exhibit:

Are there still any red-flanked duikers in zoos nowadays or has the captive population completely dissapeared ?

None in Europe but it is one of the most common duiker in America (if not the most common) with yellow-backed duiker. ;)

@Ignacio: Doable but I wouldn't risk that. Pangolins are very rare in captivity and outside of their range; only Leipzig keeps that particular species. I'd rather have them in a typical exhibit (look for Leipzig's, Night Safari's or Taipei's exhibit for ex.) to encourage breeding and prevent deaths from stress. ;)

A lot (unfortunately there's no equivalent of Zootierliste for American collections so we cannot know the exact numbers but this species is one of the most common ungulate in North American collections, IIRC). Brookfield, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Bronx and especially Los Angeles Zoo (which breeds them, black duikers and yellow-backed duikers readily every year) just to cite a few. :)
