Ours is from 9:00 to 3:30 I usually wake up at 7:00 to get ready. Having 3 younger brothers makes it difficult to get ready or leave on time... |

I get up at 5:30 and get home around 3 in the afternoon. My school actually starts around 7:30. Edited by Admiral General Aladeen, Feb 5 2014, 09:58 PM.

Because that's just the way schools are around here. I guess different places have different ideas of what a full school day is (though I honestly consider examples like 6 AM to 6 PM utterly ridiculous). |

The way some fishers treat the fish after they catch them. Today I saw this old man who caught a carp and didn't even put it back in the water, it just left it on the ground and let it try to reach the water on its own, the poor fish (which was clearly already thraumatized by a previous encounter with a moron, since it had no tail) was all covered in gravel and got even stuck on a log and he still wouldn't do anything. I had to move the fish with my shoe (couldn't reach it with my hands) so it could slide back in the water. I don't like carps too, and I can understand that you are only interested in trouts because you eat them and a carp is only a pest to you, but that's not the way you treat animals (even indestructible ones like the carp), you must have more respect ! No one eats carps here (except immigrates from other countries where they actually eat them) because they are yucky, spiny, taste of river floor and are usually found in polluted waters. And you can't take away those from sportfishing lakes, otherwise the lake would be epmtied. |

To the average person: fish aren't animals, just swimming seafood dishes incapable of any feeling or senses. I'm guessing this mindset is what leads to such atrocious treatment of these creatures.

All my 7 pentazona barbs, nurtured and taken care of for past 5 years, died during Ich infestation, along with 2 rummynose tetras. Even though I applied the treatment early and without any mistakes. Arrgh. At least all other fishes seemed to be imperivous to the parasites. |
