Here's the alternate antler version of the Caribou. I also used the model with the alphas in this render. It is essentially a new European reindeer with new antlers. So, nothing too special.![]() Antlers based off of HENDRIX's Red Deer antlers. Enjoy! |

I don't think they look anything like Caribou antlers, tbh. They're missing the palmate tine towards the base of the antler. |

This is why I really wasn't wanting to make new antlers, but someone on Gaia suggested it and the pictures backed it up. But it's hard to get em to look right without using a ton of verts. I think I might just scrap this version and stick with the velvet antlers. They look better and make more sense on the animal. |

I agree with you Jimmy that the other antlers were better. Keep the alphas on the neck though

That is even better jimmy!!!! Nice work on the new antlers. Though I think you should thicken the base of each (Don't know what a group of antlers is called) antler stalk just a little bit also I've been around reindeer and caribou of all various stages of growth and I don't think that many of them had the tips of there antlers so sharp so I think you should smooth them down to make them less pointy. Other then that the body of the reindeer looks amazing, I can't wait to DL it.
