Lol I have earthquakes all the time. Then again, part of the San Andreas Fault (don't know if I spelled that right) runs right through the lake here, so that's probably why. |

There's been a few weak earthquakes in the last five years that i've lived here. A couple I didn't feel because I was in the car or walking, but the couple that happened when I was sitting at home, holy cow. They can last a while too, and man, the adrenaline rush when it happens...And by a while, I mean a few seconds, but it feels like ages. I think the longest i've experienced lasted about 10 - 15 seconds, but it might've felt longer than it was.

I've never experienced an earthquake, or any natural disaster for that matter. I guess I'm just lucky. ![]() Just finished watching Iron Man 3. I didn't like it that much, but it was nice to see Pepper in a more prominent role. |

Yeah, I had one about one and a half years ago, it was my first one. TBH, I thought it was my game (Transformers Dark of The Moon), then I realized it was an earthquake. |

I don't know ... I've felt a small one when I was young ... I think earthquakes can be quite funny when they're not powerful and they don't destroy anything :p But they can also be terrible disasters sometimes ... That's why I'll never live in Japan :p |

Me. We had an earthquake last year and I was at the aquarium today. And, after three months of research, I found out my dog's racist. She CANNOT stand Jack Russells being less than three meters from her. |

Lol, I still haven't watched any of the Iron Man movies yet. And i'm always super excited when we get an earthquake. It's such a rare and frightening sensation/occurance/experience, but I get a strange thrill out of it. I've always been amazed and fascinated by the force of nature and relish any chance I get to experience it. For example, I adore thunderstorms to death, and I have a dream to see a tornado in real life. From a relatively safe distance of course. ![]() And lol, gotta love how this has turned into an earthquake topic. To stay on-topic: My status is currently; content.

Reading the newspaper, researching a few things for school, and drinking cocoa- all at the same time! And I haven't spilled anything on the keyboard yet!

See, but any earthquakes here aren't caused by the San Andreas - it's directly due to Mount Lassen. |
