Well, it is cold to the Indians, since it is a hot country. It is 12.4 degrees but thats no match to the cold in northern countries.

The lowest temperature recorded in Torrid India is 6.3 degrees, and it is in Kolkata. And as a whole in India, the lowest is 2 degrees in Kashmir.

That's Celsius, right? And that's weird, I really thought it was colder up north, nearby the Himalayas.

I am not sure, it's likely about 24 degree C here. Sound warm for you? This is so cold for a tropical country.
