And if you can tolerate musk, king snake is another good choice! xD
From what I know from professional handlers, king snakes are not a good choice at all for newbies, given they're very aggressive, contrarily to corn snakes, which are an excellent choice.

arboreal geckos or large tree frogs are also a good choice for beginners, especially if you want to be able to handle them (leopard geckos aren't all so great for handling compared to many arboreal)

or if you want something really easy, freshwater turtles are a sinch

You can hook up an n64 controller? That is news to me ...
I have an Xbox remote I hook to my pc to play games. It cost like $60 bucks for the adapter and the remotes ... how much was the adapter for n64?

Trying to feed the picky toddler cheese and crackers currently. He is making a tower with them -_-

£12, though you can find them on eBay for about £4 or £5, I just got mine off Amazon because I've had a couple of bad experiences with eBay as of late and wanted to make sure it came.

Works with Project 64, just needs a little bit of setup and changing of the settings, but there's plenty of tutorials on youtube for that. I plan to get those USB plug in controllers for NES, SNES and Genesis in future (well, a Saturn controller rather than Genesis, but they're practically identical)

Not sure how much they cost in Canada though, hold on:

That's the exact one I bought (though I got it on the British amazon lol)

Listening to Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen and realizing it makes my five-year old cousin fall asleep. Gods, I'm happy she doesn't understand the lyrics.

I'm not slow! That's just my moe!

a couple years ago I listened to a bunch of songs I used to like when I was little, I think I nearly puked xD
I liked country music back then (I don't dislike it now, but just not interested in it) and going back years later I realized how "adult" so many of those songs are

My neighbor has decided to do renovations today - so my kids don't get a nap because they are sawing out in the driveway and hammering. Sounds like they are going to war!

I put them down anyways but its not going over well. My little one loves quiet when she sleeps.

Is it weird I still kinda enjoy many of the things I enjoyed when I was really young?

I mean I'm twenty one, I'm a mature adult. But I can still find enjoyment out of sitting down and watching children's shows for example.

depending on the show I can admit the same
well not the very young oriented childrens shows, but I didn't even like those at the intended age

Most of us are quite mature and still hang out in a community dedicated to a child's game xD

Screw adulthood, that's what I say. :P

Well, obviously I want to and do act maturely, I just mean the parts about abandoning your childhood interests for boring adult interests.

As I said, I like to think that I'm a fairly mature person, but in terms of many of my interests I might as well be 10 years old. xD

being emotionally mature does not mean you can't enjoy things marketed at the immature ;)
