Don't demand releases, Shayor. He'll release them when he's ready. ;)

I love the Saurophaganax, philly, it's been a while since we've had a decent allosaurid.

Amazing work on the Saurophaganax, that pattern is simple, but effective. :D

Yeah ... nope. I don't think I will ever release the first four because they are ugly, I might remake them. I might also remake the Guanlong, it looks far too shrink-wrapped to me the way it looks now. And I simply hadn't the will to elongate the tail of the Pterorhychus.

Thank you for your comments, I will try to use your tips.
I have started a new dinosaur ( as basic for more ceratopsian species since I need/ think we need to have more of them since we only have five ( Triceratops, Styracsaurus, Torosaurus, Pachyrhinosaurus and Protoceratops ) that are made again and again, and I think two other ( Xenoceratops and Kosmoceratops ) ones), but I need to know if I did much wrong with it.

I think I got the feet right now, it is quite a pain if everyone has a different number of hind toes. I now have four. However I'm sure that the forefeet are right ( four visible ones with one being smaller as well as a fifth hidden one ). The frill should be right now as well, however it was hard to find a reference for that ( it is almost always reconstructed with a diagonal frill view )

Thank you. I actually like the white head, so it stays :P

Here is an animal I started last week, but I didn't finish till today:

This one is my favourite by you for the moment ! I would just suggest one last thing, blend the colours a little more (using the smudge brush or what DM said), even if you use scales.

I'd suggest bending the frill slightly. If it went to look up now, it would have hit its spine.

The mesh seems interesting at the moment, and I like the addition of tail alphas. However there are some anatomical errors here that I'll enlist for you for future reference on ceratopsids (and ceratopsians in general):

Back feet - too flat, too thin. It seems you've outlined only the bones on the model, as the toes are extremely thin, thinner than even the claws, which doesn't appear in any modern or extinct archosaur. Try to give the toes more flesh and not carve the toes so deep to the bone - it'll give a more fleshy, comfortable look to the foot.

Front feet - same problem with the claws and flesh thickness (almost human-like palms with hooves) plus an elephantine foot. the back of the foot would not touch the ground in life :)

http://andorou-khan.deviantart.com/art/Ceratopsid-Feet-391736262 <- I find this to be a great reference for the ceratopsid feet.

Width of the animal - I've poked this problem sometime ago - people tend to restore their dinosaurs with hips being the widest point of the body which is more than often inaccurate. Even wide-hipped dinosaurs like Therizinosaurus usually had their ribcage much wider than the hip point and some dinosaurs like ankylosaurians brought it to extremes, looking like walking coffee tables with ribcages being almost twice as wide as the hip bones.

http://www.bioone.org/na101/home/literatum/publisher/bioone/journals/content/pbio/2000/00948373-26.3/0094-8373(2000)026%3C0450:fpindi%3E2.0.co;2/production/images/large/i0094-8373-26-3-450-f01.jpeg

^Drawings by GSP, I only link to them because ceratopsian top view is so scarce. As you can see ,the ribcage is the widest point of the body, hips the second widest and the shoulder area is the 'thinnest' of the three. Ceratopsid skulls usually are wider than any other part of the body (probably indicator they were used, among others, as a visual deterrence).

Hope it helps and doesn't offend you, I just genuinley wanted to help with some things that other might forget or fail to adress, but that are rather important.

Hey philly, I tested your Deinocheirus, I found that the head and arms do not move very much. raptor rigging and animations with a mesh tweak would of been better. the testing was while I was filming my new Dinosauria movie.
Also you asked if you could contribute to the project, you can. some dinosaurs (Pardon me for backseat modding) are
Tylocephale (With Quills)
Khaan (We need another well done ovoraptorid)
Bagaceratops

Thank you, you don't have to do these, but I may use them in the next two weeks, if not by april.

He's already made a Prenocephale, so Tylocephale wouldn't really be anything new.

They don't move at all since it are ostrich bones. Raptor bones don't look very well on ornithomimosaurs.

I will start with these when I have time ( though I think there is already a Bagaceratops somewhere ), but I think we should talk about that over PM.

His Prenocephale is a statue in the animal section.
