I'm glad it no longer affects you, Crocodile. And my emetophobia is bad, it stems from having strep throat three times in the span of like two months and then alot of events at school with people vomitting literally like a foot away from me if not closer. And I just kind got freaked out by it, I won't allow the doctor to put the little stick in my mouth to check my throat, I very nearly broke his wrist because the thing makes me gag.

Some say sometimes it's caused because you have not talked or interacted with friends personally for a long time . In other news , I'm glad my apthus is gone :D

My brain refuses to make enoguh melatonin for me to sleep (which is common in our family), so I take about 3 sleeping pills a day.

How high a dosage is that? My niece and nephew take half a pill of melatonin and sleep. I was just wondering for refrence. Also what do you take? I'm just wondering because one of the most common subscribed which I've been recommended may be, being taken off the available drugs as it causes people to black out and commit suicide.

I have PSVT (Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia ). Basically, a little nerve center in my heart goes batshit insane occasionally and makes my heart rhythm hit the roof. I'm at higher risk for a heart attack (yaaaaaay) and I actually lost my dream job over it (well, over not letting some quack doctor stick a probe into my heart and burn the goddamn misfiring nerves shut).

It only rarely bothers me. Mostly when I'm already very anxious or have ingested A LOT of caffeine. It can screw up my sleep because I'll suddenly wake up with a racing heart, gasping for breath. Not fun. Kind of makes it hard to calm down and go back to sleep.

Stupid heart.

I have muscular dystrophy. In fact, I'm typing this from a powerchair with the on-screen keyboard. My younger brother on my mom's side (my parents divorced when I was 5, not because of my diagnosis, but my mom's drug problems) has it as well.
