If you want the carnivores to eat from the carcasses, just place some meat inside them and it will give the illusion that the carnivore is eating from the carcass. |

that is what I Used to do but it was very hard to Remember which carcass I put meat under and some Carcasses were to Small for me to Place meat under them(like the Hare) and I was Limited to Where I Could place Meat. and Encase you do not remember Tyranachu said that he Coded the Carcasses as Rocks Because he did not Know how to Code Things as Food yet. |

Well. That kinda killed my mood. I'm not one for accusations, and you were kind of jumping to conclusions there, bud. Because by that logic, I could accuse every single designer who made a lion or tiger for copying each other. ![]() Oh well. I'mma let this one slip. Besides, I guess both UT2 and I like the DR Torvosaurus anyway, haha. edit: I did the math concerning their sizes by comparing their RL sizes to the RL size of Spinosaurus, then I got the ratio of Simba's Spinosaurus' xml size to its RL estimates. Then I got the xml ratios of the Torvo and Allo to their RL estimates. But for now... I can't be bothered to do much about it. CET season is coming, and I have to prepare. Sorry guys. Furthermore there are quite notable differences between the two. Thank you very much for the release and great to see you back.

Joysy if it's really that big of a deal for you, you can learn to re-size it on your own. I think the scale of it is fine the way it is. |

I don't see a great difference, perhaps it looks smaller because in the skeletal the head is kept high, while the ingame animal keeps the head lower. |

I don't know about you guys, but I've learned not to bother the designers. They took time and liberty to make something for you, the public. If there's something you don't like about the models, such as the height, you can fix it yourself. It's quite easy according to the designers.

The 'apparent' size difference is because of the pose of the neck. Look at how high the back is in both compared to a human, roughly the same? Ingame the body slopes down and the head in Tyranchu's is held lower, to fit the nodes. The legs in the skeletal are held straighter than the ingame shot too, which makes it seem shorter. Normally I don't mind when people criticise designers because often it helps them, but what you did is impolite and kind of pedantic. So what if it's slightly out? The size estimates of Torvosaurus vary greatly anyway, and would have in real life, so I can't see your logic in saying it has to be exactly that length. It's easy enough to change the scale anyway

To be honest i can't see no difference... the size seems accurate. If your idea by posting those images was to make a point of how inaccurate the size is then find better pictures because those are not helping your case (even more, they are showing your complain is wrong )

Don't forget that many of the things in ZT2 are over-sized (look at the meerkat), including the people. If going by real life sizes, then the people should be a little smaller. |
