Because now you will never have a zookeeper doing nothing and ruining your pictures xD
When you need him, he appears automatically, does his job and then disappears.
He's capable of doing multiple tasks after each other before disappearing though, but when he's finished with everything, he disappears.
Oh that is amazing! haha i hate zookeepers being there in the background xD

It would be cool, if they'd also go through fences, because sometimes zookeepers are stuck in some places where you placed to many fences and rocks and then you can't do anything;)

That won't be necessary because they spawn right next to the 'problem' (e.g. poop, empty food) :P
So basically they don't appear outside exhibits.
I think it's still not really clear what this download does so I'll explain it again.
When an animal poops, is hungry, thirsty etc. this staff keeper will spawn right next to the animal and solve the problem. Then he'll disappear. This process is completely automatic, you can't turn it off or on. I even made it impossible to place the keeper voluntarily because that wouldn't be useful.

Ah, I thought they'd just become invisible after that xD

Why have a keeper at all though? Why not just make an invisible "person" versus still showing an avatar?

I'm also making an invisible version ;)
But personally I find it funny to see the zookeepers appear and disappear :P

A ghost zoo keeper, you should make it transparent rather than completely invisible.

blah

Or how about this for comic relief:

He can wear a skintight jumpsuit with the words "SUPER ZOOKEEPER" and his super powers is appearing to do zookeeper stuff and teleporting away.

Jokes aside, this is really amazing and useful! Awesome work, Thom. d:

Hey guys :)

Thanks to HENDRIX's video tutorials, I learned some new things this week like meshing from scratch, weight painting and UV-mapping.
So here's my first object completely made from scratch
Rotating Door
Posted Image

Oh and I also learned how to make new animations... :P

This version is coded so it constantly repeats the animation, but my plan is to only make it rotate when there's a guest nearby. Also, I'm still not sure what to do with the 'roof' on the door. All my reference pics had something like this, but I'm not really satisfied. So I also made a version without it ;) If you have any ideas on what I should do with it, feel free to share your opinion :)

PS: Oh, I also managed to create an animal skeleton + animation from scratch but I'm not fully satisfied about it yet so I won't show it here until it's finished :)

Well, that rotating door surely looks cool!
If possible, I'd suggest to add a cylinder around it tho, most rotating door I've seen were inside such a cilinder made of glass or stuff like that with only a couple openings for each side.
