![]() The Hexagon Sun was originally established from ZTV and Northern Skies back in the Spring of 2012 and then to Gaia in the Summer of 2012. The blog is made for the analysis and discussion on community matters. It's original intent was to critique and explain the events occurring in the community that may or is it causing parasitic strain in the community. It is also analyzed in the classic community sense. I will be posting some raw, classic works from the past and perhaps eventually I may start posting new content. ![]()
* ZTV back in 2011 to 2012 had established many affiliations in attempt to unite the community. Edited by UmbreonShadow, Aug 27 2013, 03:39 PM.

If I remember correctly, yes I was the one to promote Manu (it was either me or Kayla, I think I did it but my memory isn't the best in the world). It was nice to hear from him again, as it always is when it comes to our old friends from Environ (well those we are still on good terms with anyway). It's also kinda refreshing to see someone who doesn't mince their words when it comes to the aspects of the community they hate(d) and are willing to state what they think of certain sites and actions taken in the past instead of needing to spend the whole time worrying about if they will offend Good interview, always looking forward to reading more |

I believe so as well. I wholeheartedly agree with his answer to the 5th question. Promoting staff should be about merit. That's something a lot of forums don't integrate, which usually causes their downfall. |

I kinda feel a little nice that he believes that we promoted properly at Environ. The base staff was from Caldera. It's also refreshing to see someone not care about speaking his mind. |

Sorry to bump an old topic, but I would be interested what happened when Northern skies fell and this site begun and a history of ZTABC would be interested. also the early history with the offical site, zoo admin and Silestian Tomcat is worth investigating 9incase you wondering, tomcat was one of the first, if not the first fan mod making ZT2 Designer). even today, history with this fandom is being made, Zoo Tek Pheionix's community has been found to still be active and it has been decided that much lurking before first contact is needed. also new sites like Pangea and Pacific ice are coming up and the ZT Xbox reboot has been announced. I just hope this fandom lasts at least another five years, with different sites for differrent needs and none of the corruption that happened at environ or zoo tycoon volcano ever happens again. let us continue the day at the zoo with our friends before we walk away form a decade old game. |

Zoo Admin was not the offical website. The official ZT2 forums were the official website. Zoo Admin was the first and largest fan-made website, and fragmented into Zoo Tycoon Unleashed and Zoo Tek Phoneix and maybe one or two others. And they were not ZT2 forums, they were forums for the original ZT:CC game, they just added ZT2 sections when the game was released. Penguinman, Silesian Tomcat and a few others like them and csleesburg and such were the first designers for ZT2. |

Sorry for my misinformation, I knew of the original forums. and I must acknowledge penguinman, of whom I still use some of his mods today and have withstood the test of time. I also know about the fact they were for the original also. |

The first ZT2 designer, I think, was Spin, who created a brown bear. |
