Well at least I'm not wrong in thinking it's extremely user un-friendly. Thanks again

European Turtle Dove Preview![]() So while I try to figure out Blender (so that I can hopefully start making my own models or editing existing ones for the myriad projects I really, really want to see made for the game), I figured I should probably finish the birds for the next part of MFAS that I can complete with available PD models. So here's the European Turtle Dove. I'll probably make a few variants and a slightly different skin for the young, then code it, and make it available for anyone else who would like it. ![]() I believe this model was made from one of DM/Hendrix's (correct me if I'm wrong), but I pulled it straight from Chucha & lgcfm's Domestic Pigeon. |

I was trying to make a Johanni Cichlid, but as documented a few posts back, I couldn't even get a reference added to a single plane. I'm going to keep trying tho, especially now that I'm using the right version of Blender.

Nice dove, finally we might get an european dove species ! Just a quick crit, if you can get around to edit the mesh, I'd say it needs a longer tail (and maybe thinner chest):

Love it! Both of them look very good. Might be perspective, but the eye on the Dove looks a bit weird though. Otherwise perfect!

The eye is indeed a bit weird, but unfortunately the problem is rooted in the mesh (which I still can't edit, lol). Perhaps I'll go back to it once I've figured out Blender, but for now, it'll have to be "close enough."

White-throated Kingfisher![]() Yes, I know the model and skin aren't perfect, but I'm happy with it as a decent representation of the species. Original model: Blue-winged Kookaburra, by ZTABC. |
