Three new critters for you (that no one asked for)... Everything is coded and tested, I just have to make the download images and get them on Nexus (probably later tonight). Trying to get back into the swing of skinning and coding now that I finally got ZT2 to work (sorta) on my laptop. Wyoming Toad ![]() ![]() Tiger Salamander ![]() ![]() Western Spadefoot Toad ![]() ![]() Credit to ZTABC/Hendrix for the original models. I'm not sure who edited the Greater Crested Newt to be more salamander-ish, but credits to that individual as well (and I'll update with an actual name once I figure it out). I wanted to do an Allegheny Woodrat next but the Live Food Rat (the best model available) isn't rigged to a bone set with a full set of animations and I'd rather not make it an ambient. So... next may be a New Hampshire Red chicken because... why not? |

I'm not sure if you do model edits, but the salamander's legs look much too thin. Also, will any of them have larval stages? |

Unfortunately, I do not do model edits because Blender and I are not on speaking terms. Also, this critter is so tiny in-game, I'm not sure how much it's really going to matter how thick or thin its legs are (frankly, I put way too much detail into the skin considering how small they are in-game). The frogs have tadpole stages based on the coding/models from Amphibia. I've thought about adding one for the salamander using the olm model, but it's not currently set-up that way and I don't plan on doing it before releasing what I have ready now. I may go back later and add it for shiz and giggles (because again, these are so small in-game and unless you have an underwater viewing area, you're not going to see the larval stage much anyway). These downloads are all warm-up/re-learning exercises because I stopped fussing with ZT2 stuff for a while and was out of practice. Side note: Ulquiorra reminded me of the Common Toad edited model so I'll probably be switching my toads to those. Right now they're using the Goliath Frog. Thanks Ulq!
