Now this looks really good, i love the skin and model alike, but didin't this particular species had a shorter tail and elongated "fang sheathes" on the lower jaw? i know very few of nimravids, so i might be wrong, but thats how most reconstructions show it Spoiler: click to toggle

i doubt the existence of those "fang sheathes", also because it doesn't look appealing to my senses. besides there are plenty of reconstruction without that, like this one: as for the tail, AFAIK the fossil of that have not been discover yet, so no one can say fr sure how long it was. this reconstruction was meant to resemble a lion. thank you for your support everyone. i'm having some difficulties coding the variants. the female's works fine but for the male, it seems to be using the female skin files although i have check the xml countless times to make sure that it's correct. but strangely is that before placement the male do shows it's correct main skin, but after placement it immediately uses the female's. can someone with great coding experience help me out? |

Personaly the inside of the Purusaurus's mouth bugs me, might want to try these pictures for a refrence. Sorry if I sound a bit nitpicky, everything else is great. We definetlery needed more Megafauna.
