The only main issue is the lack of teeth. The eye texture also seems to be missing, as I can't really see an eye anywhere :S
That's a bug with sketchfab, no alphas can be put in it. Also DM, I was wondering what happened to Giant Claw, though if you're focusing on this I can understand.

Got about 85% percent of the anims done, just missing attack & mate animations. :)

and you can also give the other large theropods new animations like giganotosaurus and the Spinosaurus aurora designs, from t-rex animation

Tricky, WWD doesn't really show the actual mating, I'll probably make the female sit and the male approach from the side somehow... dunno for sure yet though

I'm a math expert DM so here is an equation: Mating animations+attack animations-ugly BF T-rex animations*Epic T-rex to the power of 10=Total epicness!!!!!!! (MA+AA-UBFTRA*ETR^10=TE)
Sir may I ask 2 questions. (Not trying to pester)
1. Based on the previous post, will you upgrade the giga and tarbo with these animations in the future?
2. We know you'll make a Torosaurus but what about a triceratops (show in the scene with the Rex couple mating and the male being pushed away)

Edit: @ post by Dark Phoenix: DM may I ask why there aren't any quills on the ceratopsians (Protoceratops): I think it would add just as much realism as adding raptors with feathers. Still it's your choice.

Trike was featured as a carcass. If he does think of doing that I hope it's quilled.

For the theropod animations, look at this post on tumblr.

It's not quite a "large" theropod and with the low gif frame rate its not the best reference for animating either. ;)

And I'd say the "tail" looks too stiff.

It's worth noting that, cartoony as its animations may have been, the default Tyrannosaurus rex was a very complex animal. The animal had over 140 animations, including several varieties of biting, grooming, and eating animations, along with at least five different walking sets. It could pick up objects, shake them around violently, then drop them. When eating from a large food container, it would struggle to tear the hunk of meat free before consuming it. And, my personal favorite, they would engage in face biting matches when their reproductive needs were high enough.

I realize that animating is a very difficult task, but if the animal could incorporate improved versions of the original tyrant's behaviors, it would be a truly amazing spectacle to behold. :)

Currently I'm actually coding on a raptor base, I didn't even think about looking at the original rex. xD I can't possibly recreate all those anims, even if I had the time to do so, it'd become quite boring after a while. When starting to animate a creature, it is always interesting and a really tough challenge to get the right feel for the movements, but after animating some dozens of anims it becomes repetitive...

As you can imagine it's a whole lot of work animating just the very basic set, which after some days I have pretty much finished now, and that's only about 35 different anims. That is really just the stuff it urgently needs: stand, walk, run, swim, sleep, eat, drink, poop, roar, bite. The original rex even has variant animations for many things such as walking (turn A,B...), while I'm only doing that for different roars and such. Then often I have to refine animations again and again, and again, because they look a bit different ingame than in blender and nifskope... After a while it turns from fun into a nuisance.

So overall, animating is definitely the hardest & most challenging part of designing, by far; especially when doing complete animation sets.

I'll try to implement some of that coding, especially the object interaction sounds interesting. I also have some more things in mind, we'll see if I can get them to work. :D

EDIT: Done the picking up & shaking of and walking around with objects anims! Enough for today/yesterday :P
