There'll be no foot-walking! Just air-flying!

I quite advice you to buy Mark Witton's book mate, it's extremely interesting He shows muscle studies and offers good and plausible ways of starting from the surface. There's a complete diagram of how pterosaurs start from the surface ( If you want, I'll scan it in ). Believe me, it's completely possible for pterosaurs to start from the water surface and even dive. I don't mean this as an offence towards you, but I trust him over you, as he's been spending the last 8 years studying and reconstructing pterosaurs. He's considered to be one of the best, if not the best pterosaur scientist out there. ![]() Though I can understand if you don't want to add it, it's no problem at all.

Spoiler: click to toggle I quickly took a picture of it, more info is in the book itself, but I don't want to scan in too much, it isn't really that legal to do that ![]() It's shown here for just the Ornithocheiridae, but in the beginning of the book it said that they would explain the diving/taking of from the water more in this chapter.

Hmm, not really convinced. If you compare that to how long some fat bird like a swan needs for takeoff, and it's has probably a better force-weight-ratio... Meh, I'm no expert though. ![]() The catching of fish in flight kinda works, but somehow the ptero stops moving forward when he does the anim.

Is Bip01 animated throughout the entire anim? That's the only thing I could think of that would cause that, either that or something with the animal's docking. |

Bip01 is animated, of course. Yeah it might be the docking, but I have tried to remove that Might be because of the sync set that's still there...
