Good work on the Thrinaxodon, finally a cynodont in ZT2. Edit: May I ask what animations it uses ? I guess it uses lizard, but I could be wrong. Edited by philly, Jul 11 2013, 08:40 AM.

Yeah it uses monitor anims. Got the next model done; I'll be showing the models already so if I make a mistake you notice I can fix it while I'm still working on the skin and not after I've completely finished it.  Plateosaurus, this time mostly based on a skeletal by Scott Hartman. It is bipedal, has the proper hands and posture.

I'm so excited to see the skin DM we need more prosauropods. The plateo should have had a bigger role in ep1. |

I really like everything so far ! Though for the Plateosaurus I'd give it a bit more bulk. Scot often keeps very close to the skeletons when he makes the skeletal reconstructions, as they're skeletals, but the actual animals often have a lot more fat, muscles, etc. than that.

*Heart beats hardly* Wow, the WWD Plateosaurus with recent restoration body is anything I never thought about before. Can't wait to see how it turns out!!!!!! |

I noticed that too, and the arms and legs are fatter than on the skeletal. I think it's pretty well balanced, but sometimes it's hard to tell on the blank model.  Maybe I'll change it later if it still looks skinny to you with the skin on.

Very good model, though I would suggest making the neck a bit thicker, especially at the basement of the head it looks too thin.

Well, so far the model looks pretty nice, except for what has been said about the neck, but we'll see how that will turn out. ^^ |

Well, the pack looks awesome. Finally we've got more realistic coelophysoids, cynodonts and prosauropods. The Plateosaurus mesh is nice, can't wait for the skin. |
