Furka pretty much explained it correctly. Morphs are genetic variations like albino, anery, hypo, etc. I dislike morphs because of the fact that they are being bred despite the fact that they are genetically deficient. For example, there is a ball python morph called a "spider", which has a neurological condition nick named spider ball syndrome. The snake basically has trouble feeding, and does barrel rolls and all sorts of other crazy things. The snake is essentially mentally retarded, yet people keep breeding them because they are pretty and can create new morphs when bred to another morph. Wild type animals are incredibly beautiful anyway. Plus you can get locality specific animals, which is cool because snake species can vary greatly within there range.
Well, too bad that I like Butter Corn snake and High-white Californian Kingsnake the most. :P

However, I must admire that some wild type snake are very beautiful. Brazillian Raibow Boa, Taiwan Beauty Snake and basically Vine snakes are good examble!

Do you know any morphs that cause similar symptoms in leopard geckos?
Yupp! There's a morph called the enigma that has similar problems.

Here is a good video displaying some of the issues that enigma geckos have.

Honestly, there are some morphs I like. Albinos, anerys, hypos etc are all found in the wild on occasion. So I generally am not as against them (as long as it doesn't effect the health of the snake) as I am some of the double or triple gene morphs, etc. But in the end, the natural colors win out over morphs for me :) I've seen some smoking hot "normal" corn snakes that any corn snake morph couldn't even compare to.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I love showing off reptiles and teaching people about them. My life goal is to teach people to appreciate and respect all wildlife, especially the misunderstood ones. Bats, reptiles, arachnids, coyotes, possums etc.

Here's one of my favorite pics I've ever taken. American Toad.

LOL! The bites not all that terrible honestly. No recorded deaths and bites very rarely go necrotic.

To be honest I don't know if I'd even ask for anti-venom treatment. I'd just go and get some drugs to manage the pain xD

Nah! Venomous snakes are anything I will never ever try to keep, even the mild venom ones! :P

Except Vine Snakes that I thought to keep once, until I found that they must be fed only with living House Gecko......... How can I provide that for them!!!

At least you live in an area where you can probably catch them in the wild. I've always wanted to get some vine snakes but the lizard thing is a difficult hurdle here.

Went herping today trying to find some northern copperheads. Struck out, but I did catch various species of frogs, toads and salamanders. Also saw some roadkill black rat snakes and my 4 year old brother found his first box turtle today.

No pics, but here is a box turtle I found last weekend while looking for copperheads.

Maybe I should start looking for box turtles instead of copperheads. Every time I have gone to look for them this year all I've found was box turtles. I bet if I look for the turtles I'll find a copperhead :p
