There's already a very good Carolina Parakeet, so making one for this pack seems a bit redundant. Plus he already said that the species list would not be changed.
Okay...

Is there a link to it?

You should ask that in the "Where can I find this Download?" topic.

i have a problem. i can't export the mesh, as it has too many vertices. WHAT DO I DO? i can't decimate it, and i need to use this model, or i'll have to start all over again!

Never mind, I found a new model with less vertices. I'll make that one!

The model looks Ok, but the tusks look very weird. Same goes for the texture. And you have several seams on it.

The aurochs, the quagga and the falkland island fox were already made by bunyupy and the remakes are being made by JFD. UT2 made a tylacine remake too. I'll say is better if you guys do animals that haven't been done before or that really need a remake. The ones i mentioned already exists in good versions. I'm just saying this because a lot of animals need to be made for the game, and you can use the spot of the ones the ones that already have remakes for other animals that we don't have at all.

Edit: there already are a carolina parakeet (Tamara Henson) and an atlas bear (bunyupy),
I actually disagree, the more the merrier and nobody should discourage designers to have a go on some animal just because it was made/is being made. ;)
Agreed MrGorsh, in my opinion, the head of Buny's auroch looks kind of cartoony.

The mammoths tusks are going to be fixed. In the meantime, I need someone to teach me how to add and skin alphas. This is obviously for the mammoth (I want it to be fluffy)

originally, one_piece

the baby shouldn't have that much hump on the head and the neck, this model is probably more suitable for a juvenile. have you heard of Lyuba?
as for adding alphas, just extrude the vertices (only) at the parts where you want to add alphas, then face them up (F key). if you extract the edges, you can skip the facing step but the alphas will have some weird shading on it. the rest is simple, UV map it and rig it.

thanks for the alphas advice. due to the fact that me and ravenna hate this current model, we have made a new male and female model out of roy's elephant mesh. i can't wait to show you guys it! it's much better than this current model. but we still need to add alphas, though. thanks, again, one_peice. that will come in handy with the new model.
