The concept is very nice and the sequence too, but you could change some parts of the foliage. |

I love the way it's getting from dark to light. Great work on this. |

I like it, but the anachronistic foliage does ruin your work a bit

The fact that Prehistoric Plants are not made for the desert biome made me have no other choice but putting modern plant in

Yes is not the problem of putting modern plants. I also used moder plants when i recreated the mongolian desert... is just that some of the plants don't quite match the biome or time period... for example the grass, cactus and palms. What i did was using shrubs, leafless bushes and the undergrowth from WildChina, and it look quite good. I'm not saying you should use the same, but that help me get the look that more or less i saw in the documentaries and pictures about cretaceous mongolia. |

You don't always have to be realistic with foliage that could have actually been around at the time, just use a combo that looks good and suits the environment it is supposed to be. |

In general as soon as there's no extensive grass or any cacti, it should be fine It was simply too early for them to either dominate (grass) or appear at all (cactus)
