Name: Ruby Breed: Doberman Pinscher Color: Red Birthday: August 29th 2012 Age: Almost eleven months old now. ![]() ![]() ![]() She is a really great dog, a little annoying sometimes and she has a habit of CONSTANTLY licking you. But I love her and she's my baby <3 She is my second dog, after my first died two years prior to us getting her. She's also extremely intelligent, she even knows how to ring the doorbell when she feels we've forgotten her outside.

I've always wanted to have Doberman, but my parents are saying that they are "aggresive" >.> I hate people who thinks that race is meaning everything, even Pug can be more aggresive than Doberman if you know how to take care of him. |

My parents were the same way but I wore them down. Ruby has never bitten someone or even growled at anyone. And in case anyone is wondering, her ears don't look like the "usual" dobermans because they're natural, Dobermans only have pointed ears if you crop or cut them that way. |

She is beautiful! And i love the fact that you didn't do anything to her ears. Dobermans look beautiful with their natural ears. |

Thank you for the set, Azrael!

All dogs do IMO. I'm not a fan of unnecessary mutilation of animals. Her floppy ears are much cuter anyways. ![]() Adorable doggie Azrael. |

Thanks guys, I agree. I was surprised that alot of people here in North Carolina feel the same way and have complimented me on keeping her natural. Sometimes I wonder if it's what "makes a mean Doberman", people say it doesn't effect the dog, but while they are under for the surgery, they're ears bleed and itch and are more than likely sore for months. If a human can get cranky in a cast, I'm sure dogs can to, and they know that we were the ones that did that to their ears. |

I understand about "cutting" their tails because for what i heard they tend to bite it and it can get infected. But the things people do to doberman's ears i think is just mutilation to make them look like brave dogs. They are really beautiful with their ears like they are. |
