While doing some research on Darwinopterus (still don't know how big they were), I found a site saying that they were like hawks, using their talons to catch preys and finish them with their beaks.
According to Mark Witton's book, that's been discredited. Neither their talons nor beaks are built for that job. I'm not sure how they hunted in real life, though.

What about pursuiting prey mid-air like frigatebird?

And luckily about Darwinopterus , Mark Witton saved me. I once considered it hunted Agilisaurus (ok, not with that DR style), but according to him, they are not very good on land, and proffered using flight to move , and hunt of course. He compared them with songbirds, and he also said that they are more suited on eating small invertebrates. And he also added "While perhaps not as exciting as terrorizing airborne dinosaurs, mammals, and their fellow pterosaurs, this idea is probably more in keeping with their anatomy" *coughcough* DR.

Edit: About the size, here's the head of D.Robustodens

Those Pterosaurs have tiny wings so they don't look airborne.

Is it by any chance a well-known paleontological lunatic whose initials are DP? :P

David Peters eh. He's an artist but no paleo-artist, drawing prehistoric creatures using scientific understanding of those animals. He should know his science better! David Peters draws fantasy not extinct anmals.
