I know this is a triple post, but you guys don't post often enough so... :P

Anyway, the amount of people on the internet who misspell Carnotaurus as "Carnosaurus", "Carnotosaurus", "Carnatosaurus", or some variation thereof bug me a lot more than they should. It's Carno-friggin'-TAURUS! How hard is it to understand that there's no "saurus" in there anywhere?? >_<

Also the fact that many TSL players misidentify it as a T. rex. What kind of T. rex has brow horns or a short, puggish snout?
Not to mention, People writing Gallimimus, "Gallimus", meaning "chicken mouse" instead of "chicken mimic" xD

Volcanoes... just volcanoes. Yeah, they have always been there, yeah they may have caused some extinctions, but for gods sake, there were not constant eruptions across the entire bloody Mesozoic, I mean judging by the backgrounds of many illustrations, the Mesozoic should not look like this:

But rather more like this:

OHAI DINO CRYSIS
Ah yes, one of those games where when a fragmentary piece of dinosaur is discovered, they decide to go absolutely apes**t with it.

To be fair, from what they knew, therizinosaurus may have been a large carnivore, though at this point, with deinocherious also a herbivore, it seems that large claws actually = herbivore.

1. While spinosaur claws are large, they are not THAT large.

2. Name any other group.

Yes, they do, but again, not in the level of scale we are talking.

Anyway, that is besides the point, let us get back on topic.

To be honest Deinocheirus didn't have very long claws, it was its arms that it was famous for. It's claws are proportionally smaller than those of Spinosaurs ;)

You can clearly see Spinosaurid claws are larger in comparison to their hands than Deinocheirus

edit: didn't see you said to stop, my bad

Oh my god, this annoys me so much! I mean yes, the Cretaceous had a few volcanoes here and there (especially in India), but it wasn't an ash-choked wasteland with flowing rivers of lava scorching the entire globe and hellfire raining down from the blackened heavens 24/7!!!!

I'm annoyed by the fact that these crackpots are often given praise they don't deserve (as evidenced by the fact that this guy called the article "excellent"). Also, how the hell does a dinosaur that eats birds disprove that dinosaurs evolved into birds (I assume that's what he's implying would be the case)?
