These reconstructions should listen to Emily Willoughby.
AVC, what did we say about deliberately looking for bad depictions? If you don't have anything to post, don't post it.

Is faking fossils for money a real thing?
it most certainly is, and it causes a lot of controversy because fossils that could end up being valuable to science are instead going into private collections

I knew that Conservapedia was a thing, but... creationwiki? xD
conservapedia specializes more in the sexist/racist/homophobic/tea party side of things

Oh god, that wiki... can it even be called a wiki? I am pretty sure a wiki is a collection of knowledge, not lies.

Seriously, in this day and age, when you are already ON THE INTERNET, how can you be so stupid? Microraptor is a squirrel... bah, I will give you a fucking squirrel

how often YECs will use archaeoraptor to try and prove some point that all feathered dinosaurs are a fraud created to prove evolution
-the poorly concealed racism/nationalism against China almost makes me giggle
-archaeoraptor was created to MAKE MONEY, not to prove/disprove evolution, if they actually had an argument I'd think YECs would use it, instead of taking something else entirely and trying to make it about them
-archaeoraptor is a chimera fossil, not a "fake fossil", it uses bits of REAL FOSSILS to make it, I kind of feel sorry for the guy who slapped them together to try and make headlines with a new species when most of the bits ended up being from (at that point) undiscovered/new species anyway

The misconception that fossils are most often found underground. Yes, they were underground at some point in the past, but in most rock formations they have been at least partially exposed by erosion. It doesn't really make much sense that they would be underground anyway, since we wouldn't know they were there if that was the case.

Yes, of course, megalodon was bigger than a blue whale, it was the largest and bestest animal that ever lived, it ate godzillas for breakfest in the morning, and feastet on olympians at night, and when it cried, it shed tears of molten lava, that seared the earth beneath it. All hail megalodon, our great and mighty leader.

I can't find a scale meter that isn't out of date, but for reference, last time I checked, Megalodon was somewhere around 46-59 ft. (Using Wikipedia as a source), whereas the largest known T. rex, Sue, was about 40 ft. long and 13 ft. tall at the hips. So, the Megalodon in that picture would be an upper estimate size, while in the documentary (By Discovery Channel of course), they said it was the average size. Of course they did.

I have no idea what you just said regarding their lengths, though I can assume that you are placing megalodon at around 18/20 meters.
