People whose definition of "accurate" is taking an inaccurate retrosaur model and slapping a few feathers/quills onto it.

I am annoyed, when people say that Archeopteryx is a bird. Not every animal with feathers must be a bird!
Many dinosaurs have feathers. Also Archeopteryx is in the middle zone. One moment it's a bird and the other it's a dinosaur.

That's what I mean.

Martyniuk refers to all maniraptorans as birds xD
There is no real border between the two.

To be fair, how does one even define "bird" anymore?

Bringing me to an annoying point: Cladistics, while really useful and makes sense overall, it's ruined my perception on life as we know it. "Fish", "reptiles", and as we established "birds", are not valid terms anymore.

I consider Birds to be when Aves/Avialae Splits from Maniraptora.

But It will still be Aves and I will consider anything within Aves, "Birds".

For me, the term "bird" is just the members of the sub-clade Aves, but I prefer "avian" or "avialan" to discuss Aves or Avialae respectively, as taxonomically speaking "bird" has become quite the confusing term; is Anchiornis a bird? is Archaeopteryx a bird? As of right now, there really is no consensus on what the definition of "bird" is, and even if there was it would likely be largely ignored by the general public.
And don't even get me started on "fish".

I think the Best way to Describe Fish is anything under Chordates as AronRa Suggested.

So we're fish? I was wondering what was up with that set of gills on my neck. Good to know it's nothing serious. :P

I'm just going to refer everything with a half-moon articulation in its wrist (AKA Maniraptoran) as a bird.
Which makes Gigantoraptor the largest known bird.

Wait, I am a fish ?

*looks at bait* seems tasty ...

But back on topic, I'm really annoyed that we know nothing about advanced ceratopsians reproduction (other than them laying eggs).

*looks at bait once more*
