Just cuz Sir Cyburg dun´t luke Flunders jukes? /s

Anyways, it annoy me when people don´t believe in evolution.
I mean, take pets like cats and dogs.
Every dog is in fact just a wolf who´s evolution was influenced by humans.

It annoys me that this topic's suddenly fixated on one problem that technically expands far past paleontology. It's tedious and it's basically preaching to the converted.

Okay, even I noticed your sarcasm ^^

But well, most of the complainments are about evolutional critism, evolution itself is linked to Paleontology (and Biology in generall). Because most of the comments include (non-avian) dinosaurs, so this topic is better than `Zoological failures´ for this themes.

Also, excse my going into offtopicness ^^

I've noticed quite a few paleofans seem to be 100% opposed to the idea that Gastornis wasn't a predator. I have no idea why it is such an upsetting hypothesis, it's not like there were never any flightless predatory birds.

I don't think you got that reference xD
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UsmL1mLQLfw

Anyway, one thing that annoys me greatly.

the fact that most people think ornithischian = Herbivore, Theropod = carnivore when theres MANY omnivorous and herbivorous theropod groups aswell as many omnivorous ornithischians aswell (Pachycephalosaurs, heterodontosaurs, early (and VERY likely later, tough less frequentlt) ceratopsians and the list goes on...)

infact, i hate how people tend to see nature in black and white, carnivores vs herbivores , "good guys" vs "bad guys" when in reality NOTHING is black and white (except maybe zebras of course xD).

And Giant Pandas too. Although they get some yellowish/cream too :P

More seriously, sometimes I think people don't just refuse new theories, they are simply afraid of new stuff.
I myself was "Meh" the first time we heard about Spino, but now I think it's totally cool.

Lol they can bite some wood. They're just obsessed with their Walking with Beasts nostalgia. Its all but certain now. Calcium isotopes don't lie. They found no evidence of that bird eating meat. The idea that it was a predator is just because it looks mean.

Speaking of the Carnivore=Bad guy thing, I think it's hilarious that Disney's Dinosaur portrays the carnivores as evil. Since the entire population of the valley at the end of the movie was herbivorous, they're just going to overpopulate and destroy themselves.

It honestly isn't hard to poke holes in Dinosaur. They had Parasaurolophus, Brachiosaurus, Iguanodon, Galimimus, and Pachyrhinosaurus all in the same herd for example. Dinosaur in general was a pretty big allegory to Exodus from the bible.

Led to a land of milk and honey by a heroic do-gooder through a vast desert just averting death by a pursuer across a natural hazard.
