The fact the Gallator (Coelurosaurichnus toscanus) at the museum today had pronated hands.

Nah I don't buy that one, Ice Age movies made it clear that Sid was not a dinosaur.

Oh don't be silly Furka, if he's not a dinosaur then how was he a parent to 3 T. rex babies? :P

The people at the Adoption place were really off that day

the fact that all those Animatronic Dinosaur Zoo Events have inaccurate dinosaurs. I mean come on. Just because The idea of a Poison spitting frilled dilophosaurus was just made up for Jurassic Park doesn't it's true. And the Velociraptors and Tyrannosauruses never have any feathers at them. It's like the Animatronics were made by JP Fanboys

^ That's what I mean.
Skull wise they resemble boars, and those don't look like monsters except when they are very angry.
It's actually a lot easier to find Giant Theropods depicted as animals and not like monsters.

What do you expect when the Kiddies know it as Hell Boar these days?

sadly the designers of the park are doing what sells, catering to the majority.......who don't much about or don't care about accurate dinosaurs :/ or they know little/nothing about dinosaurs at all

still, "doing what sells" is no excuse for inaccuracy

And of course they'd probably make a lot more money if the exhibits actually lived up to the "educational" claims they're always making.

And my personal crussade against The Hunter Primal lives on, this time it doesn't come from the in-game models and design choices (so far, this post will likely be updated cause I'm sure EW is gonna skew it up to):

It was recently confirmed via an update on the Steam Achievements that the fifth huntable species to be added in the game is gonna be Quetzalcoatlus and when I saw it I went to the game's forum seeing something like this coming and lo and behold:
"5th Dinosaur Quetzalcoatlus"
"Quetzalcoatlus will be 4th or 5th dino in the game. As the first flying dino"
"I hope it wont be a boring dino as V-raptor."
"After it became known that the fifth dinosaur will be Quetzalcoatl."
"dont know the bird dino is carnivore" (That spelling)
"I am happy with the bird too"

Was not dissapointed...

... After seeing such insulting lack of basic paleontological knowledge I put a comment to point out that Pterosaurs are not birds nor dinosaurs... And guess what? some people actually have the nerve to say things like this as a reply:
"And it is DINO in spoken language. Even I knew that it isn't a dino if we are accurate, but I guess spoken language is sometimes easier when we are talking about dinosaurs."
This one is baffling so yeah a lot of people call Pterosaurs "Dino" that doesn't mean it is right to do it since Dino is derived from a scientific name (and the word Dinosaur was used by some) and I point out that a "Dino" could be anything from Dinoflagellate to a Dinocephalian.

Part 2 (or an update for this one) is likely to come soon when the official annoncement is made an EW is certainly gonna use the word "Dinosaur" to describe the Quetzalcoatlus, it is also likely to contain some venting on it's game implementation since it's almost certain that will make it fly slow and/or move on land slow (also it almost certainly will attack via dive bombing attacks) so far the wings seem to be proportioned like in a Pteranodon and that is not a good sign...
