Trying to find references for Stegosaurus armatus, but getting almost exclusively S. stenops.

Rat snake is love... Rat snake is life

S. armatus has taller and larger plates if I am not wrong. Other than that, they're pretty much the same not counting size which S. armatus is bigger.

And also a longer skull IIRC.
They might look like small details, but they are a pain in the lower portion of my digestive apparatus depending on the perspective I'm trying to give my animal.

Doesn't Greg Paul's field guide book have skeletals for both species?

I can confirm that it does not. Only pictures of stenops and ungulatus as far as I can see.

S. ungulatus might be synonymous with S. armatus though.

This annoys me: http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs9/i/2006/053/1/e/Velociraptor_by_ObsidianGecko.jpg
Also the description on Deviantart says that they used "scientific research".

blah

Told a friend of mine about Yi Qi.

He said that the people who discovered Yi Qi are "dumb" because Yi Qi is "obviously a velociraptor and it looks exactly the same".

I'm so glad he lives half a world away from me. I would have strangled him to death.
