The fact that people still thinking Nanotyrannus is a valid genus and not a juvenile Tyrannosaurus rex in spite of recent studies proving them wrong.

Tbh not many people I know actually are aware of this study. Many people still believe in the different brain scans that were done on both skulls.

If it wasn't for the new evidence I to would still believe in Nano

The Isle. Just...WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL FUNDING THIS THING?! They're BLATANTLY ripping off Stomping Land or others for their models, using already existing reconstructions like say WWD and Papo for their Allosaurus. And people still eat that stuff up. WHY?!

While I don't know about the Isle copying existing reconstructions for their Allosaurus they didn't copy off the models from the Stomping Land. Actually they bought those models from the Stomping Land's modeler.

Last time I checked the lead developers are former members of the Primal Carnage team, a full well made dinosaur game that shows they are serious about their jobs and wouldn't try and rip people off. In fact they're some of the most genuine people when it comes to game development. Also The Stomping Land models were purchased after it was discovered that The Stomping Land was a huge scam itself. Not to mention the Allosaurus is original, I don't see the resemblance for the WWD design and the quills that it shares with the Papo model are used on several different reconstructions (Like Dinosaur Revolution's: http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/dinosaurrevolution/images/8/82/BrokenJaw.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/300?cb=20131212212553). Now if you want a real rip off in dinosaur games check out Mesozoica and the blatant plagiarism in several of their skins.

And I don't see how they ripped off Papo's allosaurus. Just because their Allosaurus has quills like Papo's (and Dinosaur Revolution's too) it doesn't mean it's a ripoff, it's just using the same concept, and no one copyrighted quilled animals.
Also what animals would be ripped from WWD ? The only one that distantly resembles WWD is the green Shantu. and that's still quite different.

EDIT: Nathan Ninja'd me.

Or, you know, Vlad sold them the models because Stomping Land went the way it did. Seems to have worked out for him, considering they have several new models from him such as the Suchomimus and Allosaurus. Speaking of,
1. Quills on dinosaurs isn't exactly new
2. They don't look much like quills (to me) and are rather like spikes
3. Spikes aren't new either

They also got the Ankylosaurus from Beasts of Prey directly from their dev last I checked. Several of the other new dinosaurs come from Fabrizio, who again was paid for the models and is part of the dev team.

I'm not slow! That's just my moe!

Papo actually copied their Allosaurus from an artist ho's name escapes me right now to begin with. Not to mention Papo's less than stellar history with Universal Studios lawyers.

Would that be Brett Booth's Allosaurus per chance?
