Don't forget about his Longisquama.

That thing... O.o
That thing could truly substitute the Black Riders in The Lord of the Rings, imagine being chased by those in Black Horses? I swear I'd have a Heart Attack!
EDIT: By the way, does anybody else like Phil Manning?

*double post, sorry*

I guess I see it now; I found this fossil of a weird animal called a "dog".

Some people, having seen the bones themselves, actually think it could have looked like this:

I know right? How silly. So I took a look at the bones from my computer, and using my superior shmartiness I got something a tad more accurate:

Spoiler: click to toggle

I'm pretty sure its a maniraptor of some sort. Can you believe some people actually consider it a mammal?

Good luck finding out what the holes are for when you don't have any modern day relatives :P

I'm only pointing out that bones don't show everything :P David Peters takes it to far, yes, but still, imagine if we didn't have elephants today and we found this, who would ever think they had a trunk ?

Well, the problem is that Peters thinks the exact opposite, he thinks that bones DO show everything! Which, as you have just said, they certainly don't.

Pull my finger!

So apparently, yaks look like this!

They were bipedal, very fluffy tailed amphibians that displayed their mates with fleshy appendages!

i'm annoyed by how often raptors are still portrayed as pack hunters that slashed their giant victims.
we need to get over that idea, which is good only for medias.

so far we don't have real proof for that.
actually, the famous deinonychus found around a tenontosaurus had bitemarks from other deinonychuses ...

They still might have moved in either small groups of family members AKA a Pack or lived like crows or animals who move in groups and will come and go as they wish.

Also Fluffy never show that thing again that is a monster from hell that is not even right, that is something that eat what the demons let out.... Demon Ear Bananas....
