I don't know, I figured it was probably pretty old, but I've seen some ancient Quetz reconstructions that still look at least half decent, this one being an example: ![]() But the other one, it's a disgrace even for its time! |

you know, i think although that quetz does looks pretty ugly, i still think we shouldn't be insulting it and it's painter too much. just like a designer don't like to hear some one saying his creation's suck (i mean, who would want that, right?) back on topic, there's only 1 thing i hate about dinosaurs in general, that is there is not even a SINGLE ONE in my country! or at least none have ever been found yet. and yet, in our neighboring country, Laos, there are some really cool ones like the Ichthyoventaor, the only Asian spinosauridae that have been found. |

I feel ye, all mine got are iirc some barely identified stegosaurian tracks and a bunch of triassic fauna that is, at best, related to dinosaurs

Italy only has 3 dinos so far, but at least they are very good specimens ! Scipionyx has internal organs visibless, "Saltriosaurus" has some preserved hand bones that rarely preserve, and Tethyhadros is perfectly preserved. plus we have some footprints, not to mention the ice Age animals like cave bears. |

No comment -.-' When it comes to Dinosaurs I always prefer to think of my German origins Germany has lots of Dinosaurs, while France only has a few, though one of them was barely smaller than Argentinosaurus.
