Well bears are large terrestrial carnivores and they eat honey, so why wouldn't are large terrestrial carnivorous Tyrannosaur? Also from what I've read, bears may also eat the bees and larvae aswell, so the Tyrannosaurs may not just be targeting the honey.

Bears are primarily omnivores though.

It differs here in that Tyrannosaurs are generally thought to be hyper-carnivores, given that they have ZERO adaptations for munching on anything that wasn't previously running and screaming.

A better question would be to ask whether or not big cats eat honey. I mean, we know crocodilians to sometimes supplement their diet with fruit, so it's definitely a concept worth playing with. Witton strikes again.
