I like the first one. But that raptor is just...yuck!
Atleast that raptor has feathers,, although it does make me think, what would a feathered JP raptor look like?

If it's with a dinosaur (looks like a baby ceratopsian to me) it's more likely that it's a Palaeosaniwa, Estesia or another genus.

I love that painting! But there is one detail that annoys me a little xD The fact that all the animals are moving or looking in the same direction. They all go or look to the left.

It's intentional stylization, it makes the bus an obvious focal point and strengthens the effect that it is moving through the painting.
