People are finally starting to depict Dunkleosteus as an animal and not a hellish monster!
Now let's hope Entelodons are next ...

Papua merdeka!

I'm usually not that fond of dinosaur reconstructions that basically copy the coloration and patterning of modern animals, but in this case it works really well.

Some paleoart by fantastic paleoartist and fellow countryman Felipe Elias, gotta love his pulp-fiction comic-esque art style:

Abelisaur, Hominid, Tupuxuara like pterosaur and Iguanodontian in an "updated realistic cover" of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classical novel "The Lost Word."

Caveman fighting giant sloth in pleistocene northeastern Brazil (note the cave paintings similar to those on Brazilian paleoarchaeological sites such as Serra da capivara)

I agree. Not really a fan of how he uses those flaps and spikes all over his theropods. Reminds me of those horrid Spinosaurs from back in the day.

Personal taste aside, you really can't compare it tough, as Felipe's stuff, like them or not, are top notch accurate and based on LOTS of joint work with top grade paleontologists, plus he's the one doing Brazilian dinosaur skeletals so in a way or another, Felipe Alves Elias is Brazil's Scott Hartman.

here are some of his skeletals:

Where did i said it was innacurate? I just don't like his artistic style. It looks too rough with those strong textures for my taste.
