That is a Titanaboa, but what do you expect from stock photos. However there were giant sea snakes during the time of Megalodon.

Really? I thought they were more Eocene in origin, coexisting with Basilosaurus and whatnot.

Yes, I'm pretty sure palaeophiids as a group existed from the Paleocene to the Oligocene. I don't think I've ever heard of Miocene sea snake fossils, let alone giant ones.

There were, however, plenty of marine crocodilians, especially gharial relatives, occuring from the North Atlantic to the shores of Peru.

I have mixed feelings about that one TBH. The skull is a little shrink-wrapped and the feathers just look like someone draped a really long wig across its back.
